Please use our online shop system for placing orders. Anyone can register with KNT shop and start ordering right away.
If you're not sure how to use the online shop, please read our shopping guide.
**Please don't attempt to place orders by email, fax, or phone unless we have already discussed this with you.**
If you need a price quote, simply log in and view your member prices. The prices you see are the real prices.
You also need to log in to preview shipping options and costs.
You will see the total price including shipping costs in a summary page before you confirm your order. You can cancel or make changes at any time during the checkout steps.
If you log out or exit your browser, the contents of your cart will be saved for next time you log in. If you want to save the contents of a cart permanently, but not pay right away, simply follow the checkout process all the way through, but don't send money! The orders are saved in "My Account" for you to view later and there is no need to ask us to cancel / close them. If we don't receive payment we don't process
orders.
